🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
• Delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.
• Trend Kirana is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

💳 Payments

• We accept prepaid payments via UPI, cards, or net banking through Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery is not available.
• Partial payment option is available (50% now, 50% post dispatch with proof).

🔁 Returns & Replacements

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must record a clear unboxing video 📹 to claim support or replacement.
• The product will be picked up within 1-2 days and you get a replacement within 3-4 days
